June 2007: Paolo Nutini played a private listener party this past Sunday. 

While he was only scheduled to play a short set, Paolo played an acoustic set with 3 members of his band for over an hour.  Listeners heard most of the songs from his most recent album, The Streets, including the hit "New Shoes". 

Paolo stayed and partied with fans following the show.

Sophie B. Hawkins Plays Felt 11/16/06

Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Sophie B. Hawkins plays Felt on Thursday November 16th. Boston-based trio Callie Lipton, featuring Aaron Katz(Percy Hill, producer), will kick off the night.

Sophie first came on the scene in 1992 with her debut album, Tongues and Tails, featuring the Top 5 hit "Damn I Wish I Was Your Lover". The mega-hit instantly became her signature song. Her second album Whaler, which also went gold, featured the Top 10 Adult Contemporary track "As I Lay Me Down," the longest running single (67 weeks) in the history of any Billboard chart.

WILDERNESS is her first independently recorded, conceived and released album, co-produced with production wizards Christian and Frank Berman (Amber, Baha Men, Real McCoy).

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society will be their annual Light The Night Event on Boston Commons on 9/28. Surivors and Supporters will walk 3 miles, carrying illuminated balloons, and end up by the Gazebo near Tremont Street. Commonwealth Concerts is providing the live entertainment for the event.

A Comedy Benefit event will also take place at Felt on Wednesday September 6 with Jerry Caruso, Thomas Mitchell, & Bob Sheehy.
